Moving Right Along!

We cannot believe the first month of 2012 is almost gone! We apologize for no updates, but things have been moving right along here at the Gutster. Hoping everyone had happy and safe holidays!

Currently we are redesigning our Point of Purchase display for stores. We want to be sure our bars are easy to find and offer all information that new users will need. If you have any suggestions, let us know.

We have a couple other things under construction here at The Gutster that we will be revealing throughout the year.

Using the Gutster Correctly

As another week comes to a close here at The Gutster, we wanted to take a minute to help you use our product correctly.

The bars are not indestructible and like all tools, they have limitations. Trying to pry too much weight can damage the bar. Yes, we can go through multiple layers at once, but the layers should still be a manageable size. We post weekly tips on the site to help get the most out of the bar.

If the material feels as if it has no give, it probably doesn’t! Work the bar under the edges, lift slowly, and your bar will last!

We will be adding a page to our site showing the correct way to use The Gutster, so watch for it.

A reminder that next week is the last week we can guarantee nationwide delivery of the Gutster before the Christmas holiday. East coast buyers can order until December 20th. Watch our site next week for last minute money saving opportunities. Don’t forget to refresh your page when you visit our site to get the most up to date information.

Hoping everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We told you our Black Friday deal was going to be special. Watch our website throughout the month for new sales and specials. Our first “Tip of the Week” is important! “When lifting and prying, be sure BOTH forks are under the material and evenly distributed across the prying head”. Failing to evenly distribute the weight not only makes the work harder for YOU, but puts unnecessary stress on the forks of the bar which could lead to breaking and bending! Have a tip you would like to share? Let us know!

Welcome to the New Gutster.com!

Here at the Gutster we have been making big changes. First,our Gutster Demo-Bars have been redesigned for more power and durability. We have gone back to the round heavy duty handle that our original Gutster had. We’ve also eliminated some of the old stress points. The new Gutster is 10 pounds of pure power!

We didn’t just make changes to the bar! As you can see we have a whole new web site. Our new format offers updated tips from us as well as Gutster users just like you. We’ve made the site a bit more interactive too. For one, we have this blog where you can comment on current Gutster topics. We will be showcasing videos taken by us, as well as by those taken by Gutster customers. We have a new page dedicated to where you can catch the Gutster at trade shows, on TV, etc. We will be offering special pricing and giveaways from time to time so be sure to check the “Specials & Event” page often! We will spotlight different contractors who are actual Gutster users to see how they use our product in their day to day activities.
